  • variant – Variant of the algorithm to apply, possible values: - Variants.VARIANT_DMM_LEVEN (that is the default) - Variants.VARIANT_AVG_LEVEN - Variants.VARIANT_DMM_VEC - Variants.VARIANT_AVG_VEC - Variants.DFG

  • tree – Hierarchical cluster tree
